Privacy policy.

Who we are

eventspace.ae is an event venue in Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use this website or contact us.

Your enquiry

The enquiry form does not send your details to this website or store them anywhere. It opens WhatsApp with your details already written into a message, and they reach us only if you press Send. From then on, your conversation with us is handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own privacy policy, and we use what you send only to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and arrange your booking.

How you found us

If you arrive from an advert or a tagged link, your browser keeps the advert's click identifier (for example a Google Ads click ID), or the type of site you came from, for up to 90 days. It is added to your WhatsApp message as hidden text, so we know which campaign brought you to us. It contains nothing about you personally.

Website analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the website is used and which adverts work. They use cookies and collect information such as the pages you view, the buttons you click, and your device and browser. They never receive your name, phone number or email. Google may process this data on servers outside the UAE. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

What we don't do

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you from your WhatsApp conversation with us, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To ask, message us on WhatsApp at +971 54 308 2957.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
